A minimum of 3 years experience teaching various group exercise programs, with at least 1 year of supervisory responsibilities. First Aid/CPR Training. In the event a team member is hired without CPR or First certifications, they will be required to attend MVP Sports Clubs in-house training to obtain this. Communication and leadership skills needed to supervise and motivate a team of instructors. Computer skills needed to utilize club and equipment software. Must have the physical ability to substitute for staff as needed.
