Education and Skills A High school diploma or GED equivalency is required; a college degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education, Child & Family Development, or a related social science area is preferred. One to three years of experience delivering case management services and/or teaching child development and parenting skills to parents/guardians is highly recommended. Must have access to a reliable vehicle for home visits and be willing to obtain a Home Visitor CDA within 9 months of hire. Must successfully pass the DRDP Reliability Certification within 6 months of hire. Must obtain FDC credentialing during the first cohort offered following completion of Home Visitor CDA.
