Perform audits and coaching related to transportation, logistics planning, order processing, and material handling. Coach and develop associates. Maintains Gemba, Kaizen and 5S board. Training of associates Communicates standard logistics metrics to direct reports. Enforce work rules and policies. Issues corrective actions and disciplinary notices. Ensure proper documentation is completed and included with shipments. Prepare daily management reports and report metrics on a timely basis. Recruit, interview and make selection recommendations. Conduct periodic and year end performance reviews. Maintains inventory accuracy with ERP system. Maintains shipping records and information and ensures compliance with hazmat regulations and other government agencies. Maintains accurate records of employee work hours, vacation time and other explained or unexplained absences. Works mandatory overtime as needed. Other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain, or relevant field preferred 3-5 Years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
