Working at Bally’s Dover Casino Resort

Not much work on the weekdays.

Management is awful. Iv'e noticed they seem to mainly promote white people despite many members of staff being people of color. Id say over 50% are people of color. Odd the same cant be said about the higher ups.

I get free soda, if you gambling though you have ti pay 3 dollars for soda. Soda use to be free. Harrington casino still has free soda and they a smaller casino. I dont know whose making these terrible decisions, dont even have a buffet anymore But at least I get free soda

Nothing, they are making poor decisions and are not inclusive.

By firing the people making terrible decisions and promoting competent people instead of the lackluster ones who happen to be white and happen to stick around. The turnover is pretty high in my opinion.

I didnt, its not hard to get hired.

My friend works at Harrington and she makes more money than me doing the same job and I have been with ballys longer than she has been working at Harrington. I can only base my opinion on that so id say below average

Most of the bottom level employees are people of color. When it comes to higher up positions. Its mainly white and old.

Nothing is ever cleaned if it breaks it will never be replaced everything is outdated and looks nasty dusk on top of cooking surfaces

Getting a pay check

You never see them they just go shopping with their quarterly bonuses that never get transferred down to hard-working employees

Hearing all the new ridiculous things management makes you do because they believe in superstitions

I like the great attitudes of the people I work with. I think I will look back ten years from now and feel the same way.
