    This role contributes to the success of the Entire Facility by performing the following functions: shipping, packaging, special handling, stocking and Receiving footwear & accessories shipments. Core Accountabilities * Perform all shipping functions which includes loading, trans-loading trucks, palletize off line shipments, air shipments and parcel post orders, billing of orders, and organizing shipping floor to accommodate daily workflow. * Ensure accuracy and count of sorted products using WMS. * Place all replenishment, RTS and split size and style cartons in pre-assigned bins to achieve accurate inventory counts in pick zones. * Fill customer orders according to system-generated pick tickets. * Check, seal and label cartons for customer satisfaction. * Ensure the availability of replenishment stock for fulfillment of all customer orders. * Work with full scope of coordinators on understanding` pick and pack wave integrity for an even flow of work to shipping area. * Back up to the Reconciler * Assist with training of our temporary workforce with all the basic fundamentals of Shipping including SAFETY. * Heavy work: Exerting up to 50 lbs. * Noise: There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above the ambient noise level. Key Requirements * Possess High School diploma or equivalent experience. * Knowledge of distribution or warehouse operations. * Problem solving skills. * Attention to and awareness of ergonomic issues in the workplace. * Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. * Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team. Computer skills: MS Word, Windows, Excel May be required to perform a wide variety of physical tasks which are generally basic, repetitive, and routine in nature. May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time, in addition to being required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, or pull. May be frequently required to reach with hands and arms, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel small and medium sized components while operating machinery and exerting force or lift up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.. May be called upon to perform physical and quality checks requiring sufficient visual acuity to identify quality flaws and distinguish colors on small components.
