What You'll Do:
As an Emergency & Critical Care Technician, you'll work directly with our ER doctors and support team to deliver excellent patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting. Your ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and act as a patient advocate is key to our mission. In this role, you will:
Provide triage and stabilize incoming patients
Administer IV, IM, SQ, and PO medications
Assist with diagnostics such as radiographs, bloodwork, and ECGs
Manage fluid therapy and anesthesia monitoring as needed
Communicate effectively with doctors, teammates, and clients
Maintain detailed medical records and treatment sheets
Support patient admissions, discharges, and client education
Assist in emergency procedures and critical care support

Develop and lead safety communications, equipment inspections, field audits, and awareness programs that keep safety visible, relevant, and lived daily across all teams.
Procurement
Oversee procurement related to safety and operational readiness, ensuring teams are always equipped with safe, compliant, and purpose-fit tools and materials.

Develop and enforce warehouse safety protocols, proper storage practices, and regular audits.
Partner with local leadership to implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency, and readiness for field operations.
Standardize material storage, labeling, and inventory management to maintain operational consistency across all locations.
Certification and Workforce Readiness
Serve as administrator for key company certifications, ensuring compliance, timely renewals, and alignment with industry standards (IICRC, RIA, Mold Remediation, OSHA 10/30, NETI, etc.).
Maintain digital training and certification database tracking all employee credentials and renewal timelines.
Develop annual certification training plans and schedules, maintain digital database tracking, and perform audits for company compliance.
Coordinate ongoing training, recertification, and education opportunities that help every employee take ownership of their professional development.
Partner with HR and Operations to embed safety training into onboarding, leadership development, and daily operations.

Physical Demands
This role includes regular jobsite and warehouse visits, which require standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work safely in active restoration, construction, and warehouse environments, modeling proper PPE use at all times.
Work Environment
This position is based at Insurcomm's corporate headquarters in Portsmouth, NH, with travel up to 50%. Work occurs in office, warehouse, and field environments, including active restoration sites. Adherence to company safety standards and PPE requirements is mandatory.

Ensures New Product Design with Optimum Operation Ability
Main contact for feasibility and labor costs for new product launches with strong linkage to the Project Management team.
