+ Implement effective monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure the availability, performance, and reliability for business applications and infrastructure.

+ Manage a diverse team across multiple time zones for a client base that is worldwide.

**Key Requirements:**
+ Experience: 4-10 years of information technology experience or equivalent
+ Experience in Agile methodologies
+ Experience designing and implementing quality up front initiatives
+ Experience with the tools below is a plus
+ Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, Confluence, Octopus Deploy, GitHub, Azure, Azure Cloud, AWS
+ Experience with these technologies is a plus: Terraform, Kubernetes, VMs, Microservices
+ Working knowledge of code repository tools such as GIT, ADO, GitHub
+ Ability to work in a high pace, high demand industry with very tight deadlines and a set amount of limited resources
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
