Create governance, documentation, and standards for usage, implementation, and training. + Responsible for design, code, configuration, QA, and implementation of workflows for Admin, Build & Release that are delivered on time and within budget. + Communicate with multiple teams/divisions, multiple levels of leadership. + Orchestrate projects across multiple teams and applications and ensure training and standards are met. + Manage the administration support of the Build/Deployment process and TAA tooling. + Maintain the best practices needed to ensure on time, quality software solution deliverables. + Implement effective monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure the availability, performance, and reliability for business applications and infrastructure. + Manage the team's performance and work on improvements + Manage a diverse team across multiple time zones for a client base that is worldwide. + Set clear team goals, monitor team performance and report on metrics, oversee day-to-day operation, for your team. + Foster an environment in which others are encouraged to be innovative and are rewarded for innovation.
