The Landscape/Irrigation Construction Install Foreman oversees residential and commercial landscape construction projects. This role involves leading a crew to ensure projects are finished on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Here's an overview of what you can expect to do while working here: Supervise and schedule crew activities, plan work efficiently, coordinate with our clients, manage material and labor, order materials, enforce safety regulations, troubleshooting problems, track records, maintain equipment, and achieve targets. Supervise and perform installation of various landscape elements including walls, patios, irrigation, lighting, and plant beds. Perform hands-on tasks like planting, operating equipment, ensure project completion to standards, and monitor quality. Supervise, direct, and train crew members for efficiency, quality, and safety. Inform management of discrepancies or issues on the job site, develop crew potential, and lead by example. Communicate with clients, crew, and immediate supervisors. Prepare timesheets for you and your crew members. Como Técnico de Irrigación usted ayudará a nuestros clientes a desarrollar y mantener paisajes destacados. Usted ayudará a identificar y resolver problemas relacionados con irrigación. Además realizará tareas de mantenimiento preventivo de manera continua. Aquí un resumen de lo que usted puede esperar que estaría haciendo mientras trabaje aquí: Realizar verificaciones de sistemas y diagnósticos de manera preventiva regularmente. Reportar los hallazgos encontrados verificando los sistemas al equipo directivo de operaciones. Entender las necesidades de el cliente y a la misma vez cumplir o sobrepasar sus expectativas. Operar y mantener de manera segura el equipo de irrigación y toda propiedad de la compañía. Comunicar situaciones de mayor importancia o urgencia a el Gerente de Cuenta y/o Gerente de Irrigación. Mantener una actitud positiva y cooperativa con clientes internos y externos. Realizar otras tareas que se le podrían asignar. Requisitos Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en mantenimiento comercial de irrigación o instalación. Capacidad de realizar trabajo físico en todo tipo de condición del tiempo. Habilidades y Experiencia Preferidas Bilingüe Español e Inglés. Conocimiento en resolución de problemas de "2 Wire" es extremadamente deseable. Licencia de conducir válida de Florida y capacidad de pasar un chequeo de MVR.
