As a Fleet Mechanic, you will help our internal teams maintain and repair the vehicles and equipment they need to develop and maintain outstanding landscapes. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial landscape maintenance and development equipment, vehicles, and trailers. JOB SUMMARY: The grind and pack operator is responsible for the efficient and safe operation of grinding and packing vegetables and fruit products while operating various equipment with in a food manufacturing environment. This roles ensures that raw materials are ground to specifications, then properly packaged for distribution , following quality, safety and food safety standards. The Grind and pack operator will work closely with the production team to meet production goals, maintain equipment and ensure a clean and safe work environment. SKILLS, TRAITS,& COMPETENCIES: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of food safety standard (eg HACCP, GMP) Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic machines issues Familiarity with basic maintenance and operation of blending equipment.
