Operational Excellence:
* Assist Superintendent/facility management with the oversight of daily operations of the facility, including receiving, storing, and shipping grain/ingredients.
* At the direction of management, coordinate transportation and maintenance needs for the facility to ensure on-time deliveries.
* Learn to manage inventory levels, grading standards, segregation factors, bin practices, mix-blend protocols and understand product quality while ensuring accurate record-keeping.
