Monitor and Inspect: Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects or irregularities during blasting. Inspect parts before and after cleaning to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, filter changes, and maintenance on blasting and power washing equipment to ensure proper function. Demonstrate good knowledge of the mechanics and repair of blasting equipment. Quality and Efficiency: Ensure all components are produced efficiently, meeting company-established goals for quality and on-time performance. Maintain quality standards and processes throughout the facility. Safety and Organization: Adhere to all safety guidelines and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Additional Duties: Load and unload parts or products onto fixtures. Assist with other surface preparation tasks such as washing, sanding, or additional cleaning techniques as needed. Perform other duties as required to support the team.
