Essential Functions * Assists in developing, implementing, and managing processes to ensure electrical installations meet all required standards. * Collaborates with the QAQC Manager to communicate quality parameters and expectations to the QA team and field staff. * Supports compliance with NEC and local municipality regulations under the direction of the QAQC Manager. * Works with the QAQC Manager to identify and implement measures that reduce labor costs and enhance efficiency. Minimum Qualifications * High school diploma or GED. * Experience in construction management, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered. * Minimum Seven (7) years of experience, (10) preferred including two (2) years in supervisory role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software. Preferred Qualifications * Completion of a state-recognized electrical apprenticeship. * Experience using advanced project management and quality control software such as BIM360, Procore, CxAlloy. * Background in electrical field leadership or quality control process. OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience that results in the successful performance of the job. Additional education may substitute for required experience on one-for-one year basis or vice versa.     The QAQC Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all electrical construction work complies conducts inspections and observations, verifying installation practices, reviewing test results, and documenting compliance throughout the construction lifecycle. Essential Functions * Conducts inspections and tests of electrical systems, installations, and components to verify compliance with project specifications, NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and other applicable codes and standards. * Reviews electrical drawings, submittals, and specifications to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements. * Develops, implements, and maintains quality control procedures, checklists, and inspection reports for electrical work. * Documents deficiencies, nonconformance issues, and corrective actions; follow up to ensure timely resolution. * Coordinates with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to address quality issues and ensure corrective measures are implemented. * Maintains and organizes all QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and testing records for project closeout and client turnover. * Participates in internal and external quality audits and assist in root-cause analysis of recurring issues. * Provides training and guidance to field teams on quality requirements and standards. * Monitors safety and compliance during inspections, ensuring adherence to company and regulatory requirements. * Utilizes software platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, and BIM360 to track and manage quality data. * Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications * High school diploma or GED * Experience in Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered. * Minimum Five (5) years of experience, seven (7) preferred including two (2) years in supervisory role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software. Preferred Qualifications * Completion of a state-recognized electrical apprenticeship. * Experience using advanced project management and quality control software such as BIM360, Procore, CxAlloy. * Background in electrical field leadership and quality control process. OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience that results in the successful performance of the job. Additional education may substitute for required experience on one-for-one year basis or vice versa. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Knowledge of electrical installation standards, codes, and quality control processes. * Knowledge of NEC regulations and local municipality compliance requirements. * Knowledge of software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM360, CxAlloy. * Skill in analyzing quality-related issues and implementing corrective measures. * Skill in verbal and written communication for effective collaboration with field teams and management. * Skill in time management, organization, and problem-solving to ensure quality standards are met on schedule. * Ability to enforce company policies and industry standards while maintaining positive relationships with field staff. * Ability to adapt to changing job site conditions and quality control challenges. * Ability to mentor and support field leadership in quality control best practices. * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift over 50 lbs as required for inspections and audits.
