SO, WHAT'S THE STORY?
As part of the Americas Brand Marketing Team, this position plays a pivotal role in shaping Dr. Martens public perception and influence, ensuring strong visibility and relevant across all key platforms.
You will be responsible for developing a compelling US PR and Seeding Strategy to grow and elevate the DM's brand through product-focused campaigns, earned media placements, event activations and product seeding. You will also be responsible for driving awareness, attracting new consumers, and oversee a network of influential media partners and industry contacts.
You will also directly manage and be responsible for the growth and development of the PR and Seeding Coordinator to drive day-to-day execution for the Americas.
THE ROLE
As the PR and Seeding Manager you will be responsible for:
STRATEGIC BRAND DEVELOPMENT
* Responsible for adopting the Global PR Strategy and developing a regionally relevant PR and Seeding plan for Dr. Martens in the Americas focused on storytelling, media exposures, and product visibility
* You will partner closely with the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager, Influencer and Talent Lead, Social Media & Community team members to drive quality earned media and product placements to drive brand heat and grow Dr. Martens consumer base in the Americas region.
PR STRATEGY & EXECUTION
* You will drive full-funnel 360 storytelling leveraging PR brand assets, key spokespeople and talent in conjunction with Social, Influencer, Digital, and CRM channels.
* Lead media outreach for product launches, securing impactful coverage across top outlets
* Identify and pitch non-traditional media & VIP opportunities to drive brand awareness
* Manage the PR and Seeding budget, weekly/monthly PR reporting and tracking tools including Launch Metrics and Lefty
* Monitor and analyze media coverage and sentiment to guide PR strategy
* Partner with Brand Marketing Director on crisis communications and reputation management
TEAM MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP
* Meet regularly with the global PR team to inform PR strategy and regional execution
* Lead and manage the development and growth for the PR and Seeding Coordinator to drive day-to-day execution for the Americas PR and Seeding team
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on US PR brand initiatives, seeding, storytelling, and cultural moment opportunities
* Partner with the global PR team to implement and amplify campaign and seeding targets and opportunities to fit regional Americas needs
* You will directly manage the PR and seeding agencies, including seasonal briefing meetings, partnerships, and project management, including overseeing budget tracking, KPI and monthly reporting, competitor and data analysis
* Represent the Americas Brand Marketing team (hybrid working from Los Angeles-based office), setting high standard of excellence and ensuring consistent alignment to the Americas strategy and key business objectives.
EXTERNAL PARTNERSHIPS
* Manage and grow network of influential media and editorial partners, stylists, and key industry contacts that will make an impact with US-based audiences to business impact and brand awareness.
* Partner closely with the Influencer and Talent and Social and Community Teams on integrated seeding and elevated content creation opportunities
* Partner with the PR and Seeding Coordinator on sample ordering, tracking and logistics
* Oversee the Press Inbox and execute all editorial and VIP product requests with external agency partners
* Partner with legal on contracting and external vendor and partner approvals
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications:
* A strategic and experienced PR leader that can drive brand visibility and reputation management
* Proven PR/Communications experience
* Bachelor's degree in public relations, Marketing, Community, or related field
* Excellent verbal and written skills, with ability to craft compelling narratives
* Knowledgeable of the US media and cultural landscape, including traditional and emerging trends, platforms and strong relationships with media and industry contacts
* Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and activations
* Able to influence, as you'll need to lead, collaborate and drive high performance
* Domestic travel required, 30% of travel.

Qualifications:
To be an Assistant Produce Manager at Sprouts Farmers Market you must:
Be at least 18 years of age and have a basic knowledge of math, weights and measures.
Be dependable and reliable having the ability to work flexible schedule that changes; including night, weekends, and holidays.
Have and show an outgoing and friendly behavior; a positive attitude and have the ability to interact with our customers.
Have good communication skills; and the ability to take direction and participate in a team environment.

Job Description
Position Summary
This position reports to the Supervisor of the Operations Center Help Desk. The Help Desk Analyst provides the Information Technology Department's first line response to requests for IT assistance.
As such, this position plays a critical role in creating an atmosphere within which a positive relationship between IT and its customers is possible.
To this end, the position requires someone dedicated to providing extraordinary customer service.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Analyze the nature/severity of received problem calls/messages.
Troubleshoot and, time permitting, work to resolve problems during the customer's first call. Provide Level 1 IT support. Perform as a technical specialist and diagnostician responsible for troubleshooting, problem solving, and maintaining desktops, Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, and peripherals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 7.
Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 365 Office products, including licensing issues.
Provide basic administrative support such as creating network and email accounts, editing permissions and performing file restorations.
Assign tasks to appropriate support personnel (Level 2 IT Support).
Communicate with those who have requested assistance, as well as the involved IT support personnel, to maintain reasonable expectations as to anticipated events.
Become an expert in the use/administration of the company's computerized helpdesk system (currently Numara FootPrints).
Understand and, to the extent possible via the electronic helpdesk system, balance the workload of support personnel and follow problems to completion to ensure customer satisfaction as well as the accuracy of tracking data.
Provide IT's customers with a positive experience, regardless of the difficulty of the situation.
As time permits, or as directed by the Director of IT Operations and Infrastructure (or his reports) provide assistance to other groups within IT.
Assist in the documentation and revision of Helpdesk/IT processes.
Perform any other duties deemed necessary by the Manager of International IT Operations and Help Desk.
Competencies:
A degree in MIS, Computer Science, Telecommunications or other related technical field is desired.
Substantial and proven industry experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
Minimum of 3 years helpdesk experience, delivering the highest-level customer-oriented service.
ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft Certifications and Crystal reports experience a plus
Familiarity with Numara Foot Prints or other helpdesk software systems.
Ability to work with all levels of corporate personnel telephonically, and to convey a professional, courteous, and helpful identity of the IT Dept.
Technical-level experience and operational knowledge of a diverse set of data center infrastructure and desktop computer components, including IBMi Series (AS/400's), Windows-based servers, desktops and laptops, printers (all-in-ones, desktop, as well as Retail Store Receipt printers), cabling systems, and communications equipment.
Experience supporting Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required.
Willing to work varied shifts if necessary.
Must be able to work a 4/10 (4 days a week, 10 hours a day) shift schedule and work varied shifts if necessary to insure coverage for our 15 hour coverage window.
