Contribute to research and benchmarking to help identify emerging sustainability trends, risks, and opportunities relevant to the company. Assist in gathering, validating, and organizing sustainability related data for internal insights and external reporting. Support the preparation of sustainability materials such as dashboards, summaries, presentations, or contributions to disclosure documents. Participate in cross functional work sessions and stakeholder engagements to support alignment on sustainability objectives. Provide project support to priority sustainability initiatives, including planning, documentation, and coordination. Ability to influence without authority and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex sustainability topics for different audiences. Experience preparing presentations, summaries, or research insights. Growth mindset with intellectual curiosity about emerging sustainability and ESG developments. Ability to advance workstreams independently, even with incomplete information. Comfort managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The primary responsibility will focus on data management and analysis, primarily utilizing R, to test, compare, and establish the best approach to address immortal bias in causal inference. Additionally, other responsibilities will include literature review, report drafting, and result presentation. Program End: August 7th, 2026. The Position The Data Science Integrate Insights intern will extract, clean, and transform customer data from multiple sources using SQL and Python. The intern will analyze customer behavior across channels (web, app, contact center, surveys) to identify trends and pain points, support segmentation and cohort analyses to understand differences in experience by customer group. Additional responsibilities include running ad hoc analyses and A/B test result evaluations to measure the impact of CX initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate findings into prioritized recommendations. Qualifications * Must be a current student enrolled or recently graduated (graduation date no earlier than May 2026) at/from an accredited college or university pursuing at least a bachelor's degree. * A completed or in progress undergraduate or graduate degree in Data Science or a related discipline preferred. * Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation. * Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, numpy; visualization libraries such as matplotlib, seaborn, plotly are a plus). * Basic experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) or the ability to create visualizations in Python. * Familiarity with key CX metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES) and basic statistical concepts (hypothesis testing, A/B testing, confidence intervals). * Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. * Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail. * Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task. * Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers. * Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. The base compensation range for this position is $52,000 to $89,000 on an hourly basis.
