Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Knowledge Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in a role focused on knowledge management, intranet governance, information systems, or related discipline. * Demonstrated experience managing permissions, content governance, or administration in enterprise platforms (SharePoint strongly preferred). * Proven ability to design and implement content lifecycle processes (review cycles, archiving, versioning). * Familiarity with metadata, taxonomy, and data structures that support search and personalization. * Experience creating or maintaining dashboards and usage reporting to track adoption and performance. * Strong business acumen with the ability to translate user needs into scalable governance processes. * Prior exposure to construction industry knowledge, terminology, or project workflows strongly preferred. * Location Preference: San Diego, Boston, Austin, Reston.
