A Bachelor's degree in Social Work is also acceptable if the candidate holds a valid LSW license. Licensure: Candidates must possess one of the following licenses: LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, including at least 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting. TRAINING AND MENTORSHIP Occasional training/onboarding support for new hire Counselor I. Training, onboarding, and mentorship support for new hire counselors within the site or adjacent clinics.
