About the Remote Licensed Therapist (1099 Contractor) role at Headspace:
Headspace is currently seeking part-time, independently licensed contractor therapists to provide direct, virtual care as part of a multidisciplinary team on a 1099 contract basis.

Compensation
Compensation for sessions is determined by the state in which your client resides. Rates for shorter live sessions (30- and 45-minute) are prorated.
CA: $90 per hour for live chat, audio, or video sessions (this rate is prorated for 45 and 30 minute sessions)
DC, MA, MD, NY, VA, WA: $78 per hour for live chat, audio, or video sessions (this rate is prorated for 45 and 30 minute sessions)
All other states: $70 per hour for live chat, audio, or video sessions (this rate is prorated for 45 and 30 minute sessions)
Additional compensation for asynchronous messaging
Earn a new client engagement bonus, varying by plan type

Work with the client to develop an individual treatment plan according to OMHAS and CARF person/family-centered standards, review and monitor services and activities, documenting progress.
