Jamie Chandlee is the CEO of Rank & Style, a 15+ year advertising industry veteran and a mom of two. Prior to Rank & Style, Jamie was a leader on Facebook’s retail team where she helped brands connect with their consumers, so consumers in turn could make easier and confident purchasing decisions. As a busy working mom, Jamie developed a strong passion for technologies that simplify consumer experiences so people have more time for the parts of their lives not behind a screen. Her vision is for Rank & Style to give people back the time that they waste digging through the endless fashion resources to find the products they like. Jamie is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and is grateful to be able to help people outside of the office through her participation in social impact organizations including The Seton Fund, MJ&M, Dell Children’s Hospital, UT College of Natural Sciences and Human Ecology and the Longhorn Foundation.

Josh Payne is an entrepreneur, investor, and startup advisor. He is currently the Founder & CEO of StackCommerce, the leading native commerce platform helping to connect brands and publishers through commerce content. Prior to founding StackCommerce, Josh managed business development for several leading technology companies including Yahoo!, Meebo (acquired by Google), and Intel. Previously, Josh was an investor in early stage technology companies as a venture capital associate at Aurora Funds. Josh earned his MBA from Duke University and his bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Indiana University. Josh is a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Bel-Air Chapter, a two-time Finalist for EY Entrepreneur of the Year for Greater Los Angeles, and a Best CEO in LA Award by Comparably.com. Josh is a startup mentor for venture firms Amplify.LA & 500 Startups and a featured speaker at conferences worldwide, including: Affiliate Summit, Content & Commerce Summit, and The Next Web Conference. Josh also serves on the board of Trubrain.com, a venture-backed biohacking startup. He is a husband, father of three, triathlete, and avid-explorer having travelled to over 40 countries worldwide

Brendan Richardson is the CEO and a co-founder of PsiKick. He has more than 17 years of experience as an early stage investor, advisor and entrepreneur. Prior to co-founding PsiKick, Brendan was a Partner at Vision Capital based in Silicon Valley where he made early-stage investments into semiconductor and optical component start-ups in the Valley and across Europe. During his time at Vision Capital,he managed investments in and served on the Boards of Massana, ChipIdea and Altitun – highly successful fabless start-ups in the IC / Optical industry. Since 2007 he has resided in Charlottesville, VA where he mentors early stage companies and teaches courses in Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital investing at the McIntire School of Commerce at UVA. He is also the Chairman of HackCville, a start-up incubator / idea-foundry with an insurrectionist streak. He received his B.S. in Finance and Management from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
