    Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Vice President - Real Estate Legal Affairs will have responsibility for coordinating and/or directly handling a wide variety of real estate legal and related matters. Qualifications and Experience Member of the California Bar in good standing required. A minimum of 5 years' experience required, preferably within a real estate department of a major law firm. Exposure to a variety of real estate matters, with an emphasis on leasing and/or real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Proven success as a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and has excellent organizational and administrative skills. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to interact with and influence people at all levels. Strong analytical and judgment skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines. The expected base salary range for this position is $270,000 to $350,000 USD annually, plus annual discretionary bonus. We are seeking a highly qualified, energetic, professional that will assist the Director of Field Operations in managing the facility.
