Responsible for sending out tech packs and sample requests, along with production artwork and color standards.

Correspond with overseas factories regarding production.
Assist designers with the trim and fabric library, color palettes, and flat sketching.

As we continue to enhance our Direct-to-Consumer Ecomm business, we are seeking a highly organized Ecomm Assistant to support our team. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly learn and manage existing processes, assist with both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives, and become increasingly independent over time.
The Assistant will also provide administrative support to one of our Account Executives, requiring strong multitasking, prioritization, and execution skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
Catalog & Storefront Management
In tangent with Ecomm Manager, maintain and update all brand storefronts, including new colors/styles.
Work with graphics team to review A+ content generation.
Conduct weekly listing reviews and necessary adjustments to ensure product pages are accurate.
Help edit product copy, attributes, categorization and images to maintain brand consistency and license compliance.
Photoshoot Support
Attend in-house photoshoots (average 2 per month) and provide assistance during setup and execution: steaming samples; hanging product; tagging; etc.
Collaborate on final photo selections that help enhance our visual presentations.
Inventory & Order Management
Oversee inventory levels, including unfulfillable or aging stock, and coordinate logistics with warehouses and the Order Entry team.
Support weekly operational tasks, including PO processing, ATS/Holds, inventory opportunities, and open order reconciliation.
Reporting & Analysis
Help update monthly sales recaps for the team and summarize goods approaching aged buckets to help Ecomm Manager create a course of action.
Track shipment defects and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
Review on-hand reports, adjust delivery dates as needed, and monitor shortages to maintain accurate inventory records.
Customer Support
Respond to customer inquiries related to product listings or order fulfillment as needed.
Assist Account Executive with admin responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS -
Required:
Strong communication skills and virtual collaborative skills, with ability to work cross functionally between departments, external providers, and remote teams.
Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills.
Proficient in Excel (Sum If, X-lookups, Pivot Tables).
Basic Outlook navigation.
Bonus:
Experience working in Amazon Seller Central (including product creation, fulfillment, and reporting) - must at least have an interest in learning about this.
Knowledge of managing an e-commerce product catalog including product copy, attributes, categorization, and pricing.
Microsoft Teams experience,
