Drees is very fair and generous with their profit sharing program... a very nice perk to look forward to each year!

What do you like best about Drees Homes's CEO and the leadership team?

Drees is a family owned business the has been around for almost 100 years. the CEO is the grandson of the founder and makes it feel more like a family environment than working for a large company.
