Responsibilities/Qualifications

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for an administrative position of Closing Coordinator in our Indianapolis Division.
In this position, you will coordinate all aspects of the closing process. You will be responsible for ensuring all necessary documents are accurate and ready for closing when all parties meet to finalize the house transfer transaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Timely and accurate processing of all necessary paperwork and information related to the closing process
Act as liaison and coordinator between the Company, lending institution, title company, Realtor and customer
Set up and maintain customer files
Attend closings, as necessary, in Indianapolis
Audit and prepare final bills, deeds and other closing documents
Track and distribute keys and Certificates of Occupancy
Prepare and distribute reports to HOA management companies
Assist with coordination of the sales functions
Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Update and maintain necessary programs with closing information- JD-Edwards
Additional administrative tasks to support the Division
Requirements, Knowledge and Skills:
2+ years previous experience in mortgage & title industry or homebuilding industry
Past experience in a customer service position
Experience handling closing coordination and knowledge of closing disclosures
Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
Detail-minded with excellent organizational and follow up skills
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure with customers in face-to-face situations
Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
High written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to work with various disciplines of people
Display a friendly, personable and approachable manner
Ability to take the initiative and exercise independent judgment
Possess a team player mentality
High school education required; College degree helpful

Program Summary

Program Summary
As part of Lennar's Future Builders Program, the Homebuilding Recent College Graduate (RCG) position is a 6 month-training program with placement into a full-time role in one of 3 key business areas (Construction, Purchasing, or Land) based on performance. Purchasing Responsibilities:
* Estimate materials for new plans
* Create and maintain accurate material take-offs (MTOs) or a detailed list of all the materials and quantities needed to complete construction projects.

* Perform a lead role in the financial analysis inherent to quarterly and annual Division Business Plans, summarizing actual and projected financial performance for the Division and each Division asset
* Prepare gross revenues, profit margins, sources and uses of funds, and related distribution projections, cash flow forecasts, break-even analysis, cost-basis and cost-of-sales analysis, return-on-assets, and internal rate of return.
* Assist in financial feasibility analysis for each of the Division's acquisition opportunities.
* Prepare underwriting proformas and related financial documentation for each asset acquired by Division.

Requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.

David Weekley Homes is seeking a highly motivated Summer 2026 Builder/Construction Management Intern who is passionate about learning all aspects of the homebuilding business to join our Indianapolis team.
Responsibilities:
Become familiar with the home building process from pre-contract to post close
Participate in warranty process including processing warranty requests and customer concerns/issues
Building the David Weekley Way
Understanding all functions of a builders day-to-day activities including scheduling, quality assurance, safety, cost and material control
Understanding customer service and its impact on the business
Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled in a full-time college program with an interest in pursuing residential construction.
Must have housing available in the Indianapolis area for the duration of the internship
