Main Purpose of the job:
This is a critical role within Warehouse, which will assist to make daily operational decisions for effective and consistent management of the warehouse area. The key task for as to ensure work orders are maintained daily, material supply is planned and available to meet production needs and understand the production plan, while still maintaining the highest levels of quality, hygiene and safety through all warehouse activities. Sound warehouse knowledge is essential, high level to attention to detail and team support.
Job Description
Role and Activity
* Release production work orders 24 hours in advance ensuring materials are ready for production
* Review work order missing parts list and create orders with external warehouse provider for delivery 24 hours prior to use, and plan loads being received. Ensure these pallets are received on time and in full.
* Create drive orders continuously for materials being issued to production, ensuring no downtime to the production lines
* Ensure that all packaging and raw materials are properly rotated on a First Expired First Out (FEFO) basis, verify and assist to investigate as and when needed
* Ensure that partial pallets are delivered to the line first to prevent multiple partial pallets of the same resource.
* Count and investigate any issues with materials as and when required, BACKFLUSH items need to be counted daily, moved to the LACON bin and make request for stock at external warehouse. This is to complete critical and needs to be updated daily. LACON will need to be verified daily and updated with accurate count (hand over to Supervisor to process IE on JDE)
* At 4:00am daily, allocate line runners to check LA21 & LA22, communicate stock that needs to be consumed or scanned to line bins.
* Monitor LA23 and initiate the return process
* Be certified and competent in all dry warehouse modules to be able to assist the team out when necessary
* Communicate and maintain good housekeeping in all Dry Warehouse storage areas.
* Communicate with Production Team and Quality Team as appropriate to ensure smooth operation and timely resolution of any issues.
* Keep team informed of department performance, quality, efficiency and safety.
* Be certified on safe operation of all Material Handling Equipment.
* Instill a sense of urgency within the team to accomplish goals and tasks.
* Ensure team members attend shift hand offs.
* Follow, monitor, and understand all GMP/HACCP/QMS and product safety regulations.
* Keep waste to a minimum in all Warehouse activities, coach teams if any incidents or on identification.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Wholesale Account Manager to lead the development and execution of business plans across key wholesale accounts. Main Purpose of Job:
The role of the Mix Room Supervisor is the effective and consistent management of the factory Mix Room areas. To consistently supply production through effective planning and staffing. To coordinate all duties of areas including, but not limited to, improving safety, reducing costs, improving quality, and maximizing departments effectiveness through short- and long-term planning. * Maintain consistent skill coverage across all shifts, re-balance shifts where necessary.

* Ensure the team has "the tools to do the job", everything in its place, no clutter, no compromise.
* Drive the Mix Room process to meet demand of production while maintaining quality, and food safety.
* Manage, monitor, and control waste, labor and downtime to ensure that factory spend, and product costs are within budgeted requirements.

Position Qualifications and minimum education level:
* Bachelor's degree AND 2 years of leadership experience, • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting through root cause problem solving.
* OR 5 years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* OR 2 years in a leadership role in the United States Military.
* High energy level and excellent follow-up.
* Intermediate level computer skills in Microsoft Office

Main Purpose of the job:
The Work Order Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the accuracy of the orders representing produced cases and material usage.
Shift: Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift.
Role and Activity
* Validate work order cutoff times for all lines after Manager review, this also includes support to all lines to meet these cutoffs, with less rework time through on-going coaching, WO on status 60 should have minimal changes
* Review work orders on status 50, which includes the following but not limited to:
* Mix consumption - ensure Carlson and MES match, in some cases you will need to review mix playback and share daily updates
* Material consumptions - investigate and escalate to management any over or under usage, verifying line and staging bins if needed
* Chocolate & coating consumptions - ensure tank levels match to MES, any positive variance should be balanced against current WO
* Adjust required quantity when any deviations, to address miss match percentages
* Make comments on WO for all corrections
* Stock adjustments for miss ID pallets and ghost pallets in coordination with the RDC, after proper approvals
* Daily reporting, such as and not limited to:
* Materials in production bins longer than 24 hours
* Weekly chocolate & coating reconciliation
* End of shift report
* Provide JDE and MES knowledge support to factory, including delivering training if necessary
* Prevent inventory issues by ensuring all materials are consumed to Work Orders accurately
* Work with multiple departments and levels to resolve JDE & MES issues related to the production process
* Proactively identify and implement improvements in regard to WO closure process
* Ensure you walk the talk and use looking eyes, attend to the issues as and when they happen

* Education:

* Finance or cost-control background is a plus - experience in tracking production costs, inventory valuation, or budget adherence.

Main Purpose of Job:
This is a hands-on, proactive, technical position that requires attention to detail, safety awareness, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently as well as with your team. The primary objective is to maintain and operate the ammonia system as well as other utility systems throughout the entire facility safely and efficiently. Main Purpose of the job:
Effective and consistent management of the site engineering practice and operation. To consistently achieve production and cost targets minimizing waste and downtime, through effective management and upkeep of the processes, teams and equipment, to ensure that we achieve customer service level with our customers, through the manufacture of products to the right quality and specification. * Ensure smooth running of the factory machinery.
* Production Plan, kept informed and updated of any changes to this plan in order to plan your team's daily work and equipment readiness enables plan completion, ensure all machinery is available for production when required

* Awareness of all machinery problems or any unfinished jobs.

* Engineering stock is accurate and is kept at a controlled value, at the same time ensuring critical spares are available

Maintenance Tasks
* Ensure the maintenance plan has purpose, that it evolves to allow the maximum time available for production, no strip and rebuild for the sake of it! Only replace worn/ broken parts - condition based rather than planned based maintenance
* Drive the tasks through required work from observations and data, not just theoretical plans
* Full evaluation of, cost, availability and requirement to decide if run to failure or replace

Main Purpose of the job:
The primary function of this position is to provide technical support for all data systems, software, hardware and communication equipment, troubleshoot, perform installations, disassembly, repair, re-assembly and preventative maintenance of electrical systems on a wide variety of production equipment and processes in emergency and non- emergency situations, observing all safety regulations and ensuring all GMP and quality standards are met and to maintain the efficient flow of product through the production process.
Role and Activity
* Put on all required PPE and Safety Gear, perform a safety check on equipment and insure safety devices are functioning properly.
* Obtain work schedule and daily production, risk predictions, from scheduler, prioritize work and prepare for operations
* Complete Shift Hand Off- (Show), communicate with prior and/or relieving operator to discuss any line issues,
* Ensure that all E-Stops, Machine and People Guards and like devices have be tested and are operational according to Laurel Operations Center (LOC), Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) minimum requirements and log information in appropriate database.
* Receive and prioritize requisitions for repairs, hardware, materials and supplies, verify orders and check inventory.
* Plan proper operational repair work sequences and minimize production delay and perform preventative maintenance tasks on electrical and production equipment.
* Provide security software, technical support for all data systems as well as, software, hardware and communication equipment.
* Troubleshoot and maintain all electrical control systems, install and maintain all types of electrical equipment, layout and complete installations, modifications, repairs and updates of electrical systems and process instrumentation systems.
* Replace, repair and maintain lighting and emergency lighting systems, install conduits and electrical boxes, transformers, motors, bearings, circuit boards, sensors, pull wires and ties to relocated machinery, connect power and perform electrical checks.
* Test parts, assemblies, equipment and systems for proper operation, make necessary adjustments and record all modifications.
* Check specifications according to blueprints and schematics for all new equipment installations.
* Assist Maintenance Mechanics with the repair, maintenance, rebuilding and installation of equipment and machinery in the facility.
* Inspect work area, perform clean-up using proper tools and equipment and according to approved methods and procedures.
* Assist all Trades with repairs, replacements, adjustments, modifications to devices, systems, controls, equipment and machinery.
* Complete other related duties as assigned or directed by the Supervisor.
* At end of shift, secure all equipment, complete all required paperwork, perform general housekeeping and clean-up as required.
* Basic knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Servo Drives and Servo motors, Rockwell is required.
* Performs PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Servo drives repair.
* Ability to read PLC logic and use it as a troubleshooting tool.
* Ability to work and troubleshoot issues inside electrical cabinet with voltage up to 600Vac using tools such as Multimeter and Megohmmeter

Main Purpose of Job:
To consistently achieve production of mix and receipt of bulk materials through effective management of the processes, and proper use of equipment. Always maintaining the highest levels of quality, safety & hygiene. This will be achieved by ensuring all mix areas are effectively coordinated through having clear knowledge and understanding of requirements, and attention to detail.

* Make mix and cookie coating necessary for production lines. Test butterfat and solids to insure they meet specifications. Notify QA immediately if tests are not within specification.
* Receive dairy, sugar, egg and chocolate coating tankers.
* CIP tanks and tankers as needed. Follow SOP's & SSOP's.
* Understand how the CIP system works and demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner.
* Monitor equipment, i.e. HTST, homogenizer, computers, pumps, spray balls, air valves and ensure they are in good condition and that they meet all specifications.
* Accurately complete all paperwork to include HTST charts, date, cut in and out, efficiency chart, mix making data.
* Ensure all consumptions are correct and done in real time.
* Count raw material powders to ensure inventory accuracy.
* Keep entire area of mix processing clean, neat and organized. This includes all raw material storage areas for mix powders.
* Communicate any issues with possible solutions to your supervisor or manager as they arise.

Main Purpose of the job:
To coordinate and supervise the activities of Maintenance Technicians based on daily support to entire site, outstanding work orders and special/emergency requests in accordance with individual Technician's skills and abilities. Maintain sound communication with Maintenance Team and Purchasing to ensure needed maintenance parts, equipment inventory reports are correct and calculate minimum reorder levels. Compile maintenance reports and evaluate and recommend course of action for downtime, work orders, preventative maintenance schedule, etc. These activities are carried out to assure management information is available in a timely and accurate manner, drive continuous improvement, and to assist in scheduling daily maintenance activities in an optimum manner.
Position Responsibilities:
* Supervises and coordinates the activities of Maintenance Technicians daily based upon production schedules.
* Reviews work orders and preventative maintenance needs, considering such factors as priority, production schedules and material and parts availability. Assigning Maintenance Technicians based upon skills required.
* Assigns Maintenance Technicians in response to requests from production, recognizing the areas requiring immediate response to prevent downtime.
* Reviews factory downtime reports daily and discuss with the Technicians where improvements can be made.
* Develops and distributes preventative maintenance schedules for equipment. Continuously re-evaluate PM schedules for optimal efficiency.
* Ensures Work Order assignments are completed in timely manner.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Customer Solutions Analyst serves as the primary point of contact and advocate for the customer and is responsible to optimize orders while driving efficiency and minimizing waste throughout the order lifecycle. Main purpose of the job:
This position will mainly focus on three items (1) PSM/RMP program (2) Factory wide environmental activities and (3) Engineering drafting, contractor and project management.
Role and Activity
* Review Findings as part of the steering committee meetings agenda
* Ensure process safety information is accurate and up to date.
* Ensure process hazard analysis are conducted every five years, track performance of eliminating identified hazards, and keep management updated.
* Ensure the required PSM audit is completed by a qualified contractor every 3 years.
* Ensure the required Mechanical Integrity audit is completed by a qualified contractor every 5 years.
* Ensure standard operating procedures are written and up to date for all applicable tasks and ensure operators have read and understand these procedures.
* Ensure training requirements for ammonia operators are established and followed, assist in training as needed.
* Ensure that a Management of Change (MOC) is properly filled out and approved before any ammonia related mechanical work is performed on the plant ammonia system.
* Ensure pre-startups are completed prior to ammonia being applied back to an area that has been repaired or modified.
* Conduct routine ammonia compliance audits and track the performance of the necessary repairs.
* Attend government and company sponsored training sessions on RMP, PSM, Cal-ARP and other regulations as they are implemented.
* Ensure incident investigations are performed for all ammonia incidents and near misses. Keep accurate record of investigation reports and ensure corrective actions are tracked and completed in a timely manner.
* Ensure all contractors are certified to work on and near ammonia systems in the plant.
* Ensure the emergency planning and response plan as it pertains to ammonia incidents is accurate and useful. Also, work with local emergency response team and conduct a minimum of one full-scale ammonia drill per year with the local response team and another drill with plant employees.
* Perform process hazard assessment per RMP regulations every three years.
* Ensure plant is compliant with all Homeland Security regulations that pertain to chemical security.
* Prepare all documentation for submission to Federal, State, and local agencies for approval by plant and corporate personnel.
* Ensure compliance with all environmental agencies and track all permits and certifications. This includes but not limited to Air Emissions, Hazardous Material, Hazardous Waste, Release Reporting, SPCC, Storm Water, Waste Water etc.

To fully own your line.
GMP - To ensure our manufacturing facility is clean (without using water hoses or other methods that create unnecessary water - AKA "No Ghostbusters"), always organized and operating under factory standards. To ensure all equipment is taken care of to the highest standard of cleanliness: free of product and materials buildup, free of leftover grease, free of stickers, labels and glue, free of dust.
QUALITY - To ensure that the highest product quality standards are met. That all products being made are within specification. To do all required product quality and HACCP checks. To adjust all machine settings required for improving product quality. To ensure every hygienic measure is taken towards creating an impeccable food safety environment around your line.
SAFETY - To ensure that all safety hazards are prevented and controlled. Be a champion for safety and ensure all employees are operating the lines within the Froneri Safety protocols.

Job Description:
The Quality Supervisor ensures compliance with food safety regulations, monitors production processes, and implements quality control measures to maintain the highest standards in ice cream production. They work closely with production, R&D, and regulatory teams to ensure consistency and excellence in the final product.

* Provide leadership on customer complaint reduction by partnering with operations on strategies to reduce complaints by using complaint trend data to prioritize actions.
* Oversee and provide leadership on the net content to establish facility specific rules to ensure compliance to both volume and weight targets
* Provide support to TAG on new product launches or formulation when requested.
* Identify, communicate to plant operations and apply "Best Practices" within the facility or from the broader network.

Purpose of the job:
This role is a combination of both project management and process engineering. In this role, the individual will be responsible for the execution of new product related trials and final execution within the factory, supporting with the startup and commissioning of new production lines, and various other projects within the factory. When needed, for major project initiatives, the process engineer will be part of the overall project team. They may be tasked as the end-to-end manager, operational startup lead or technical lead as needed depending on the project and/or task. * Lead and participate in commissioning all new lines

* Organize trials in factory as required for new materials, recipe changes, and new product launches. This also includes scheduling, creating trial plan, working with team to execute, and preparing post-trial communications
* Follow up on any open items relating to trials to ensure final execution of new materials, recipe changes, and new products are successful

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

The pay scale for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The pay range for prospective employees in this role is between $74,000 and $80,000, with opportunities for overtime, shift differential, cold premium pay and annual bonuses (variable depending on company performance).
