The approved Target Pay range for this position is $29.00 - $31.00. **What you'll do:** + Complete a thorough assessment of document provisioning and/or remediation plans assigned and identify items that require clarification. + Evaluate process remediations received from servicing business units and determine if plan is sufficient to ensure compliance. + Create and maintain documentation of processes, reports, applications, and procedures as per department policy. + Conduct testing for internal and external low/medium risk findings to ensure successful plan implementation of resolution and that finding is remediated. Perform mechanical system design analysis including, but not limited to heating/cooling load calculations, plumbing load calculations, energy modeling, comparative system life-cycle cost modeling, and energy code compliance verification. Produce complete, code compliant project contract documents including drawings and specifications to be used for permitting, bidding, and construction. Consult with Project Managers on business development activities, proposal preparation, project scopes and deadlines. Teach Designer 1's the basics of mechanical and plumbing systems design.
