Grinders have to be locked out when work is being done on them. o Operate a forklift in a safe manner and adhere to all forklift policies and procedures. o The ability to do full blade changes in a timely manner once fully trained. o Use hand tools to accomplish the job. (Impact gun, torque wrench) o Communicate issues to the team leader or maintenance team should you find an issue. o Work in tight spaces when needed. o Ability to accurately take inventory count of blades on hand as well as grinder screens. o Some lifting is required. o Ability to work 12-hour shift and overtime when necessary. o Ability to troubleshoot issues with grinder once trained and to be able to pass along to team leader or maintenance team. o Able to follow and understand work instructions for completing grinder blade change. o Work in and around chemicals in WTR.
