Mr. Paul L. Howes is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Newpark Resources Inc. Mr. Howes joined the Company's Board of Directors and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in March 2006. In June 2006, Mr. Howes was also appointed as the Company's President. Mr. Howes’ career has included experience in the defense industry, chemicals and plastics manufacturing, and the packaging industry.
