Supervisory experience is preferred. Personally responsible for own safety and conducting ones self to the standards of SANAD Policies and Procedures Take personal responsibility for, and demonstrate leadership in, HSE. Play a leading role in safety meetings and the safety program Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to direct reports, and manage their efforts so as to maximize their contribution to operational effectiveness and performance Direct enactment of the Operator's drilling programs and manage SANAD resources being applied to the drilling activities at site so as to achieve safe, efficient and effective operations. Conduct, together with the Operator's representatives, timely reviews of the drilling or work-over program Ensure that the rig is operated in accordance within the design parameters and in conformance with SANAD RMS. Be present at the rig floor or relevant area of the rig to direct all critical activities Take responsibility for planned maintenance, certification, record-keeping and reporting Maintain all required records and documentation at rig site and produce accurate and timely reports on all aspects of rig operations and personnel matters Develop rig move plans and manage rig moves, taking personal responsibility for safely rigging-down & rigging-up of the drilling rig, camp and associated equipment Establish a culture of continuous improvement in operations and demonstrate results in this regard. We are seeking to hire a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to join our Production Team. As a member of the Production Team, you and other members of a roofing crew are responsible for replacing existing roof systems and installing new roof systems on commercial buildings. You will act as a liaison between the Project Manager, the Roofing Crew, and the client's onsite representatives. Responsibilities Your key responsibilities Resource Management: Plan and supervise Assistant Superintendent (on larger projects) and/or craft activities such as, determining method of construction, workforce levels, material quantities equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule and documenting actual hours worked. Maintain liaison with other departments such as Material Control, Purchasing, Quality Control, and Engineering to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, support craft activities and project schedule. Project Planning and Strategy: Coordinate assigned work with the work of different crafts, company departments, or other contractors. Risk Management: Assist the Labor Relations Department in maintaining communications with unions, resolving jurisdictional disputes, requisitioning required workforce, and as necessary the labor approach for the projects assigned. Monitor craft compliance with project safety program requirements; document and ensure corrective measures are implemented. Team Leadership: Maintain liaison with engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule. Experience assisting in resolving construction problems such as lack of productivity and work interfaces is required. Overall, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects that drive significant growth and innovation within the organization and serve our client's needs. Qualifications To qualify for the role, you must have Minimum of 8 years supervisory experience in similar facility construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required. Strong Electrical background in Data Centers' experience is preferred. Titles by discipline may include, Construction Superintendent (for civil work), Structural Superintendent, Mechanical Superintendent, or Electrical Superintendent. Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control and demonstrated ability to control and supervise large groups. Prior experience with Commercial or Industrial project scopes of at least $15M value. A valid driver's license in the US and a valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel; travel is estimated at 70+%. Ideally, you'll also have Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong history of leading, motivating and mentoring cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of construction processes, laws, standards, and regulations. Successful background maintaining high safety standards and delivering quality outcomes. Proficiency in developing and implementing project strategies, plans, and budgets.
