I get to do my tasks when I want to
Not being paid for tasks that have been done, not being paid for my time that has been wasted due to the lack of their app, not being able to get ahold of my manager, my manager treating me in a very unprofessional manner, not enough hours to make a living off of, just a horrible company to work for.
I enjoy the people from dollar general than I do my own co-workers so that's a plus as well, and I also know where a majority of items are and I get to work with customers as well.
There in no leadership
The business would improve drastically if they had given people a chance to move up for example we don't have a manager in this district.
There wasn't an interview, I got asked a few questions and was hired before I started.
I'm not sure, I get paid 16.50 an hr
I feel embarrassed due to other workers not doing their just to their full capacity and capabilities.
The people who work at Dollar General. The employees and along with the manager had trained me more than driveline. Driveline had someone on drug train me for 3 hours and most of the time she was doing drugs in the parking lot.
You get to travel.
Unorganized projects, unprofessional project managers(& apms), low financial income, & rude staff. Driveline doesn’t want to pay you for working, they will short your check. NO rewards for hard work & dedication.
There is nothing I like about the leadership team.
Treat hard working employees good & with respect.
I didn’t
Getting the store done in 2 days.
The representation of diverse demographics is good.
Eh
New hire, so far i like the job process
I only get paid for the time allowed for the job when I'm there much longer to get the job done correctly
My own boss
I wish they paid like this website says they do. Help !!
$10 an hour
Quitting
The job is really satisfying and fairly easy.
The pay is very low and pay raises are very hard to get. No training so you have to figure out out.
Flexibility
Nothing
My days end up being longer than what I'm paid. You're not paid drive time between stores. Put a ton of wear and tear on my vehicle for $10 an hour. Dollar General stores are a mess, can never find anything. Most DG managers off the bat treat you like you're incompetent and are rude based on their past experiences with driveline employees so you have to fix that mess too with your diplomat skills. Icing on the cake is NO RAISES ever no matter how qualified and experienced you are.
Flexible hours make all the other crap barely tolerable.
Variety of work from week to week, schedule flexibility, being able to work independently with little or no supervision.
It is only part time, the hours are different from week to week, and the pay is relatively low.
Being able to work independently.
