JOB DESCRIPTION:
Driven Brands has an excellent opportunity available for an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team, supporting the Chief Operational Officer and President of Take 5 Oil Change. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a large and growing, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community-oriented. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
How you will
Own It:
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the executives including managing active calendar appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the Brand Presidents.
Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the executives, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the executives and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with Brand senior management staff.
Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the Brand.
During Monthly Business Reviews, takes notes, transcribes, forwards for approval, and distributes to attendees.
Works with the Travel & Event Manager on the respective Brand regional meetings, advisory council meetings and Conventions.
Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the executives ability to effectively lead the company.
Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
What you'll
Bring:
Bachelor's degree required
Strong work tenure: five to 10 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives
Experience and interest in internal and external communications and partnership development
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and other common IT platforms.
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

Reporting to the SVP, Chief Accounting Officer, this position will lead and manage all Controllership teams for the Record-to-Report organization at Driven Brands and drive the next stage of transformation in the accounting function, leading a multi-location team from our Charlotte headquarters. This position will oversee the General Accounting (including segment accounting) and Long-lived Asset Accounting teams for all North American operating and corporate segments. This role will also require overseeing all international accounting processes for our global operations, with most of the team located in western Europe.
This position requires a desire to work in a fast-paced organization while initiating and actioning process improvements and driving a fun and inclusive culture that embraces hard work and critical thinking. The successful candidate will instill best practices for utilizing technology to improve accuracy and efficiency in processes (KPI creation, Close acceleration, reconciliation automation), SOX controls, internal and external audits, and certain stand-alone financials. This role requires driving scale to our accounting operations (documentation, processes, and systems) and will perform and lead implementing, documenting, and testing related controls. This role will have visibility to and opportunity to collaborate with the CFO, CAO, CPO, CIO, GC, and partner with our Tax, AP, AR, Treasury, FP&A, and Financial Reporting/Consolidations/Accounting Systems teams to advance the direction of the accounting functions of the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned
Create and execute strategies and specific objectives to oversee the global operations and policies of the General Ledger organization for all operating and corporate segments
Manage the month end closing and financial reporting processes including journal entry review, account reconciliation and variance analysis
Remediate and work to actively prevent control deficiencies through improving requisite public company disciplines within Controlling organization and other teams and departments in the end-to-end processes under General Accounting
Oversee all monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes and reporting
Serve as lead contact for all record-to-report activities for all US GAAP and certain international stand-alone financial reporting (including both domestic and international reporting)
Build foundational processes (including policies) that leverage best-in-class tools and technology available, while driving continuous process improvements to ensure all information is timely and accurate

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Driven Brands has an excellent opportunity available for a Financial Reporting Manager to join our dynamic team. The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for the preparation of debt securitization and debt covenant compliance reporting, as well as financial information utilized within the Company's Franchise Disclosure Documents, whilst remaining current on new GAAP pronouncements as they are released and assess the impact to the Company. The Financial Reporting Manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance with internal controls over the financial reporting and debt compliance process. How you will
Own It:
Assist with preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements related to the Company's debt securitization and debt covenant compliance, and financial information utilized within the Company's Franchise Disclosure Documents.
Assist in the review of prepared financial statements
Work with business units and other departments to provide support for technical accounting matters as needed.
Assist with ad hoc reporting requirements relating to SEC reporting and close consolidations.
Coordinate with the business to review monthly and quarterly flux analyses
Assist with preparation of audit schedules and responding to audit requests
Establish productive relationships within finance and other departments
Work as part of cross-functional teams to execute various special projects and transactions and preparation of ad hoc financial reporting.
Maintain financial records in compliance with corporate policies and procedures
Analyze current processes and make recommendations for process improvement
Research technical developments related to accounting pronouncements and assess impact to the Company and proactively monitor current FASB and SEC activities and evaluate the impact of adopting new accounting standards.
Work with the independent auditor to ensure the timely completion of quarterly reviews and annual audits.

The Director of Integrated Marketing is a hands-on driver of the Take 5 brand, connecting insight to execution and ensuring every message, channel, and moment ladders back to what matters most: Cars Per Day (CPD), retention, and trust.
This is not a strategy-only role. It's a doer-leader role. Someone who thrives in the details, understands process as a performance enabler, and brings discipline, energy, and humanity to the work.
Reporting to the VP of Integrated Marketing, the Director acts as a player-coach, running point on day-to-day brand execution across CRM, owned channels, PR, partnerships, and Ad Fund support - while helping translate strategy into action across teams and agencies.
This role represents a true 360° view of how the brand shows up - and how we keep customers coming back.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative development and execution (40%)
* Operationalize the brand vision, annual strategy and creative framework, translating them into executable plans, briefs and workflows that drive consistent, high-quality output
* Develop processes to ensure work is delivered on time, on strategy and within systems and guardrails put in place
* Lead the creative development process from briefing through launch, managing timelines, inputs, feedback, and approvals to keep work moving forward

Oil Change Team Member

No experience required!
We will train you how to be a lube technician who can change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill air in tires, and perform other light maintenance services. All you need to do is be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude to the shop!
Up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions!
Some of our most successful lube technicians are those that joined the team with no experience at all, but many others were once servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail employees, landscapers, and other skilled trade workers!

As a Take 5 crew member, your job will be to:
Drain motor oil, change oil filter
Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
Inspect and top off fluids
Perform coolant exchanges
Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
Maintain cleanliness of work environment
Provide excellent customer service
All our crew members need to meet the following requirements:
Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Sr. Manager, FP&A monitors and measures performance, forecasts, plans and provides business analysis with a heavy focus on driving cost reduction. This individual is responsible for improving our current capability / modeling as well as working across a dynamic organization to support business partners. The Sr. Manager will need to be agile and willing to create the new and different.
How you will
Own it:
Manages annual planning and weekly/monthly forecasting while partnering with Shared Services groups, including but not limited to IT, Digital, Marketing, etc.
Communicates financial and non-financial data to executive officers, department heads, and other members of senior leadership, translating insights into clear, actionable themes
Proactively gains a deep understanding of department operations and cost structure, addressing issues timely while providing innovative solutions to help achieve established goals
Analyzes profit-and-loss income statements to support close process and effectively communicates results to management through analysis of monthly financial variances
Challenges prior assumptions to improve forecast accuracy and builds best practices to support overall business objectives
Develops business cases for company-wide initiatives by creating robust financial models, tied to a program's strategic narrative; identifying risks to the organization while tracking key measures of success
Establishes annual goals, work and outcomes to meet those goals, usually measuring progress and making course corrections on a monthly to quarterly basis
There are currently no direct reports, management is of a strategic nature and must include significant organizational reach
What you will
Bring:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or Economics (or related field of study) required
5-7 years of FP&A experience or related Finance/Accounting discipline, preferably with a public company
3 years of experience with financial forecasting and analytical modeling
Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required and experience with ERM/ERP systems (Oracle, Smart View, Workday, Adaptive, etc.) is preferred
High degree of curiosity and creative problem solving is required
Self-starter with proven abilities to effectively engage and influence senior executives and cross-functional partner organizations
MBA and/or CPA preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Vice President - Corporate Controller, this position is responsible for leading and overseeing the respective accounting teams that perform corporate accounting (including debt, insurance, Ad funds, legal and corporate support functions), and long-lived asset accounting (including both fixed assets and leases).
This position requires a desire to work in a fast-paced organization while initiating and actioning process improvements and driving a fun and inclusive culture that embraces hard work and critical thinking. The successful candidate will instill best practices to improve technical accounting and SOX control application while utilizing technology to advance accuracy and efficiencies in processes (KPI creation, Close acceleration, reconciliation automation). This role will perform and improve SOX control documentation, work with internal and external auditors, and support the generation of certain standalone financial statements in partnership with Financial Reporting. This role will have visibility to and opportunity to collaborate with many executive team members, as well as Tax, AP, AR, Treasury, FP&A, and Financial Reporting, Consolidations, and Accounting Systems teams to advance the direction of the accounting functions of the organization.
How you will
Own It:
Lead and inspire a multi-location group of accounting professionals
Improve the overall accuracy and timeliness of accounting processes for all areas of responsibility, including leading downstream through improvements in the preparation and review of: journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analyses, and support utilized in financial reporting activities, tax accounting activities, and support for internal/external auditors
Remediate and work to actively prevent control deficiencies through improving requisite public company disciplines with other teams and departments in the end-to-end processes under responsibility
Prepare and manage certain monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting inputs, including government reporting processes
Serve as a critical stakeholder for numerous audits performed in areas of responsibility
Build foundational processes (including policies) that leverage best-in-class tools and technology available, while driving continuous process improvements to ensure all information is timely and accurate
While partnering with FP&A, demonstrate deep understanding of areas of responsibility to drive rapid improvement and ability to provide ad hoc reporting to management, tax, and financial reporting as needed
Partner with upstream process stakeholders and FP&A to ensure that all financial information is delivered in accordance with timelines for analytical needs
