Position and park the trailer in designated locations to accommodate full setup (generator, HVAC units, restroom trailer, etc.). Assist in full trackside setup, operation, and teardown of the hospitality unit as outlined in standard procedures. Secure all equipment and supplies during transit to prevent damage. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues including power, water, AV/satellite, HVAC, propane systems, and kitchen utilities. Coordinate or perform emergency and routine repairs to truck, trailer, tent, and equipment as needed while on the road. Support maintenance and improvements of all transport and hospitality equipment between races. Maintain a clean and professional appearance of both vehicle and self, representing the team positively to guests and partners. Availability for additional duties at the shop or track, as assigned by management, outside of DOT-mandated rest periods. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate, or ability to obtain one. Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check. Strong work ethic with a professional demeanor and appearance. Prior motorsports experience is preferred; motorcoach or RV driving experience is also considered. Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs, maneuvering in tight spaces, and standing, squatting, or kneeling for extended periods. Willing and able to work weekends and travel for the full racing schedule. Must be available to assist in shop-based tasks between races when needed.
