After you return home from training you will take 2-5 days off to unwind from training. Then you will meet with your driver manager and pick from the many positions available. Most of our positions are regional and OTR jobs. Our regional jobs get you home every week and sometimes during the week depending on where your load is going. OTR jobs get you home every 10-14 days for your days off. Local jobs get you home everyday. Semi-local jobs get you home every other day and your days off. Most of our positions pay between $1100 and $1300 per week to start. Others pay more depending on the position you choose and the endorsements you have acquired. Many of our dollar store accounts pay between $1400 and $1600 per week to start. Local jobs come available at times but do not depend on that happening your first few months on the job.
