POSITION SUMMARY:
To serve our customers by safely and efficiently transporting product from the warehouse by driving a tractor trailer to various customers and properly delivering and unloading product according to customer invoices and company standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safely transports product from the warehouse to the customer location and ensures product is delivered on a timely basis, according to assigned route.
Unloads product from trailer, by hand or using hand cart down ramps, stairs, or docks, in all weather conditions and places in designated customer storage areas according to customer specifications and company standards (e.g. handling product according to preferred work methods, scanning product as it is delivered into the store).
Picks up, loads and unloads damaged goods and customer returns, and transports products back to SYGMA warehouse.
Ensures all paperwork is completed according to established company and governmental guidelines (e.g. DOT electronic or manual logs, inspections, company vehicle maintenance reports and pre and post-trip reports are completed accurately and submitted on a timely basis, ensures all invoices are accurate and turned in daily and all damages and shortages are reported promptly).
Ensures all food safety protocols are met according to established guidelines (e.g. proper temperatures are maintained in the delivery vehicle, product is inspected for visible damages prior to delivery, product is delivered and stored to prevent cross contamination) and maintains sanitary conditions in tractor and trailer; assists with maintaining sanitary conditions in the warehouse and yard.
Follows preferred work methods at all times, and immediately advises management team of any unsafe conditions.
Maintains and safely operates all assigned equipment, including but not limited to hand cart, pallets, load bars, SLS unit, and personal protective equipment.
Develops and establishes good relationships with customers by providing excellent and courteous service with clear communication.
Communicates with management team regarding any deviations to route, trailer or loading issues and/or customer or product issues.
Safely transports product picked up via backhauls and line hauls and ensures picked up product is correct and is delivered on a timely basis, according to established company standards.
Works assigned schedule and works outside usual work schedule as needed to meet customer needs; exhibits regular and predictable attendance. Other duties as assigned by Management.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma/GED/equivalent degree, plus 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience preferred. Completion of a tractor trailer driving school will be accepted instead of, or in addition to a high school diploma.
Commercial Vehicle Drivers must have the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License. Must be insurable to operate a vehicle as a condition of initial and continued employment.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of: DOT regulations; Hazmat guidelines; Safe lifting and delivery practices.
Skill in: driving over long distances, over a variety of terrains and in varying weather conditions, communicating with customers; solving problems; delivering product.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are seeking a Fleet Driver Compliance Administrator to provide administrative and clerical support for CEI's Fleet Safety Program. This role plays a key part in ensuring driver compliance with FMCSA, internal safety standards and policies.
**Administrative Support**
+ Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Fleet Safety Manager, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and documentation related to driver compliance.
**Driver & Regulatory Compliance Management**
+ Assist in monitoring and maintaining compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and CEI policies. Responsibilities include maintaining driver qualification files, training records, hours of service records, telematics data, and other regulatory documentation.
**Data Analysis & Reporting**
+ Collect, analyze, and interpret compliance data. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to highlight performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
**Cross-Functional Communication**
+ Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and employees to address compliance issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.
**Documentation & Training Coordination**
+ Maintain organized compliance documentation. Support the preparation and delivery of training sessions to ensure all personnel are aligned with current safety and regulatory standards.
**Knowledge & Job Complexity**
+ Utilizes company resources while expanding subject knowledge to effectively handle day-to-day challenges.
+ Manages tasks by evaluating variables, considering both the scope of work and potential impacts on production.

**ABOUT YOU**
+ Highly organized with strong administrative skills and attention to detail
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; experience with JDE and Fleet Telematics systems is a plus
+ Able to deliver accurate, high-quality work efficiently
+ Strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills-both written and verbal
+ Capable of handling confidential and proprietary information with professionalism and discretion
+ Comfortable performing routine clerical tasks and basic mathematical calculations

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education:** High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
**Experience:** Minimum of two (2) years of experience in general office practices. Experience in construction with a focus on driver safety or fleet operations is preferred.

Work Description:

We need drivers to transport people to and from their medical appointments.
Desired Shift: Drivers get to create their own schedules, business hours, Monday through Friday.
We have prescheduled, standing order member trips, with recurring appointments.
Earnings are paid out weekly, via direct deposit.

Requirements
Be 21 years of age or older.
Have held a driver's license for at least 2 years.
Owner of a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle in good cosmetic and operating condition. Vehicles must be model year 2009 or newer. Your vehicle will need to pass a Provado inspection.
Must have a clean driving record with no more than (1) violation or at fault accident within the last (3) years. No DUI's or suspensions within the last (5) years.
Must be able to pass a drug screen including marijuana.
Must be able to pass a complete criminal background check. No felonies or misdemeanors in the last 7 years.
Network Onboarding Requirements:
Own an Android or iOS Smartphone (or be willing to obtain one)
Complete and pass a complimentary CPR certification course (30 to 90 minutes).
Complete and pass a complimentary CTAA Passenger Service and Safety Basic online training course (30 to 90 minutes).
Complete and pass a complimentary NSC's Driver Safety Course online (2-3 hours).

Job Purpose:
The Pinnacle Propane Express truck driver provides propane cylinder delivery to customers in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining awareness of customer satisfaction and public safety.
Description of Essential Duties:
Load trucks with propane cylinders
Deliver propane cylinders to assigned route
Routes are designed to sell or exchange 300-550 tanks a day, it is physically demanding
Properly fill out driver logs and daily paperwork and mail paperwork to the main office daily
Complete assigned routes in a logical sequence ensuring all delivery times are met and working at a steady pace while delivering the propane cylinders, maintaining safety.
Perform all truck maintenance, on a daily basis, verify all safety supplies are on the truck, keep inside and outside of truck clean and orderly, and notify manager of any issues that need to be fixed.
Maintain positive friendly working relationships with all customers, meeting delivery window time frames and dependable and reliable expectations.
