Assist passengers with safe entry or exit (into or out) of vehicle according to agency guidelines. Assist passengers with bags, luggage, sacks, etc. (not to exceed 15lbs per item). Assist passengers to ensure safe storage of on-board items. Verify that fare payments or arrangements are made before providing transportation services.
