What you will be doing as a MedSpeed Medical Driver:
Most of your day will be spent in a company-owned vehicle, safely driving and transporting lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays, hospital supplies, interoffice mail and related materials
Operate a hand-held scanning device to accurately track items through the transportation cycle
Strictly observe operating policies, procedures and service schedules
Present a professional image to clients and the public through appearance and interaction
Load and unload company vehicles with appropriate equipment

This Position:
The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery tasks including loading, unloading, order pulling, shipping, returns, driving, pick-ups, and deliveries. Responsibilities Include:
Complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging and transportation of goods
Load and unload materials to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles. Stack or pile materials
Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported
Verify computations against physical count of stock
Maintains condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.)
Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same
May drive to pick up incoming stock or deliver materials to designated locations or operate other machinery in order to complete tasks
Makes deliveries to patient homes in a timely, safe and professional manner
Makes pick-ups of equipment from patient's home in a timely, safe and professional manner
Schedule:
Must be able to work Full time between the hours of 8:30am-5:30pm, 40 hours per week
Must have own vehicle to make deliveries (we offer mileage reimbursement and hourly rate of pay)
Must be able to drive up to 100 miles to make deliveries as needed
Must have delivery driver/warehouse experience to include: Medical Courier, Pharmacy Delivery, Pharmacy Warehouse, etc.
Most of the time will be spent assisting in the warehouse
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in area of responsibility
Experience with deliveries to customer job sites preferred
Valid Class D driver's license
