What is a typical day like according to our drivers?
Start the morning with a team huddle and soon you'll be loading up your vehicle and hitting the road. With each stop along your route, you could be delivering that last-minute birthday present, a replacement part someone needs, an order of essential household items and more- we deliver items from ounces in weight up to 50 pounds (we have hand trucks available). When our drivers deliver packages safely and on time, customers smile... and when the customers are happy, everyone wins! When all the packages are delivered for the day, it's back to the station to drop off the vehicle and that about wraps your day up!

Shifts typically start around 9:40 am. Shifts range, usually between 7-10 hours per day, 4 day per week ( part-time workers can work 1-2 days). Weekends are required.

PROGRAM BACKGROUND:
MercyFirst's Pregnant, Postpartum, Parenting (PPP) Program provides 24-hour residential care and supportive services for youth with a history of trauma and the presence of complex needs. Three agency-operated group homes provide youth with structure and supervision within family-like settings designed to provide evidence-based treatment to promote emotional and physical safety and stability, practice positive coping skills, and build healthy relationships, as well as case management services to support discharge planning through family reunification or independent housing, and youth development services to foster growth and competency in daily life skills . The residential programs provide specialized residential foster care for teens who are pregnant or parenting, and also accommodate their child.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the assigned Program Manager, the Transportation Worker provides transportation for our clients in whatever capacity is necessary. Shifts assigned may vary and change according to Agency needs.

The Bulk Transport Driver is primarily responsible for picking up propane at various supply points and delivering the product to Paraco owned facilities or Paraco customer facilities. Work may include picking up and delivering refurbished tanks on box or flatbed trailer. In addition, this position may also assist in servicing vehicles and assorted repairs of transport equipment. **Job Summary**

Overview of Position: A Shuttle Bus Driver is responsible for the safe transport of guests in the Parking Lots and between Windham Mountain Club destinations. Transport guests and employees to and from pick-up to drop off areas at all resort properties, primarily between parking lots and the main lodge.
Assist guests with loading and unloading of equipment.
Maintain contact with peers and supervisors to ensure timely transport of guests and avoid congestion of shuttles in a single resort area.
Coordinate with parking team to safely direct driving and pedestrian traffic.
