ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
+ Pay Rate: $25.75 per hour
+ Type: Full-Time
+ Hours: Shifts start as early as 6am;
+ Schedule: This location operates 7 days a week. Schedule is subject to change based on business needs.
+ Job Site: Lead Drivers will start and end shifts at the Clutter depot at 5160 Mercury Point, San Diego, CA 92111.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Move, pack and load / unload customers' items onsite at their place of residence and in the warehouse
+ Act as the face of Clutter by delivering exceptional customer service
+ Responsible for the fulfilment of inbound, outbound, and transfer operations for Clutter's warehouse
+ Drive a team of helpers to complete 1-3 moving / storage jobs per day
+ Coordinate tasks with teams of 2-3 associates
+ Move, pack, scan and categorize customer items using our self-built mobile iPhone app
+ Ensure process is followed by performing frequent quality audits
+ Manage stocking of warehouse supplies in designated areas
+ Maintain a high level of safety, a strong quality of work, and an excellent customer experience on each job
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
+ Valid California driver's license
+ At least 21 years of age with high school diploma, GED or equivalent

Acts as a primary dispatcher, when needed. Prepares daily driver hour reports to Director of Behavioral Health services.
Keeps accurate maintenance records to maintain the appropriate working condition of the vehicle.
Serving patients lunch, unpacking supplies, and checking the content of the refrigerators.
Provides errand service for the Medical Center when time permits.
Qualifications:
Must have 2-3 years related experience in a health care or in a paratransit environment.
Excellent driving record (minimum two years without violation) required.
Knowledge of proper body mechanics when assisting patients is required.
The ability to prioritize is preferred.
Good human relations skills to positively interact with patients, significant others, and co-workers, maintaining confidentiality as appropriate are essential.
The ability to respond promptly to requests, problems and questions in a clear and accurate manner preferred.
Basic knowledge of common medical procedures an asset.
Ability to use a calculator and compute figures accurately and efficiently.
