Requirements Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Must have at least 5 years of experience driving. Valid Colorado driver's license with acceptable driving record. A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is not required. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Friendly and professional demeaner with strong communications and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management skills; must be reliable and punctual. Ability to react to changing conditions in route format, weather, or general driving conditions. Visual acuity of 20/40 in at least one eye or both eyes together, with or without correction, and the ability to recognize basic traffic signal colors (i.e., red, green, amber). Must wear corrective glasses or lenses if specified on driver's license. Ability to navigate using GPS or maps. Ability to sit and drive for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and to be able to load and unload luggage and other personal items. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Valid Colorado driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience operating passenger vehicles or shuttle vans preferred. Previous customer service experience.
