The NET Driver serves as a consistent, professional point of contact for clients and plays a critical role in supporting treatment engagement, appointment adherence, and overall program stability. Working collaboratively with housing staff, clinical teams, and program leadership, the NET Driver is expected to uphold Roots mission, values, and trauma-informed approach while ensuring compliance with safety standards, agency policies, and applicable regulations.
