ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Prior heavy equipment operating experience in electric utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries preferred
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or education equivalent preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Must be knowledgeable about the daily maintenance and safe operations of all equipment used
Must possess physical strength and good balance to climb into and around mobile equipment
Must be able to enter and exit a vehicle numerous times a day
Must be able to work outdoors under varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
Must be able to hear verbal instructions from a distance
Must be able to obtain and maintain first-aid certification and CPR
Must be able to wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE)
Must have good vision and be attentive
Must have and maintain a Driver's License if hired for a driving position; must have and maintain a CDL and DOT Medical Card to operate any truck over 26,000 lbs.
Must be able to write, read and comprehend written and verbal job instructions/information
Must be able to maintain balance over uneven terrain
Must be able to communicate with others
Must have endurance necessary to perform duties throughout a standard eight or ten hour day
Must be able to travel out of town for storm restoration work when needed

Type: Dedicated Tire Delivery Route
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Mileage: Typically under 250 miles per day
Location: Specific routes are determined by the warehouse manager and will likely be consistent once established.
Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate your 16ft box truck to deliver tires to designated locations.
Maintain a professional appearance and wear a company-provided uniform.

75% drop pick-up. 100% live delivery. No touch reefer freight.
Average length of haul 199-475 miles
2200-2900 MPW. All Miles Paid
Experience Required:
1 year of solo verifiable OTR experience in the last 3 years
6 months solo verifiable experience in the last year is acceptable but must include completion of a student training program either from any carrier having a known, structured, driving program of at least 120 hours or a certified truck driving school. Requires Certificate of completion OR Contract if subsidized by other carrier.
TWIC is required
We will pay for any costs related to acquiring your TWIC

*Must be able to pass ALL DOT pre-employment testing and must also have a good BG and MVR
$1200 - $1500 gross per week. $70,000+ annually
.50 CPM or $150 daily guarantee. Whichever is greater. (Plus bonuses listed below)
Additional $.03 CPM average accessorial pay PLUS $.04 CPM bonus potential. Bonus is paid quarterly. Totals up to $.57 CPM to start. Plus $.01 CPM increase at 6 months, 12 months, then at the 2, 3, 5 and 7 year anniversaries.

Layover, detention and $20 multi-stop pay
