Job Responsibilities: Safely drive trucks to and from specified destinations. Check loads to ensure product is being hauled in an appropriate manner to adjust to desired consistency. Establish slump and consistency of concrete being delivered. Distinguish the color between mixes. Verify directions with dispatch personnel before leaving the plant to ensure direct and accurate delivery to the correct customer and project. Strive to meet customer expectations without exception and achieve highly positive customer satisfaction. Maintain and keep equipment clean of concrete build-up. Assist other company employees as needed. Must be able to receive orders, instruction and guidance from supervisors and management. Always adhere to all DOT and OSHA rules regulations. Meet or exceed company safety standards. Qualifications: Must possess a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License or better or the ability to obtain a Class B CDL through our Beginner Driver Program. Be able to read, write and speak English. The ability to drive a manual transmission truck is preferred but not required.
