Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Pinnacle Propane Express truck driver provides propane cylinder delivery to customers in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining awareness of customer satisfaction and public safety.
Description of Essential Duties:
Load trucks with propane cylinders
Deliver propane cylinders to assigned route
Routes are designed to sell or exchange 300-550 tanks a day, it is physically demanding
Properly fill out driver logs and daily paperwork and mail paperwork to the main office daily
Complete assigned routes in a logical sequence ensuring all delivery times are met and working at a steady pace while delivering the propane cylinders, maintaining safety.
Perform all truck maintenance, on a daily basis, verify all safety supplies are on the truck, keep inside and outside of truck clean and orderly, and notify manager of any issues that need to be fixed.
Maintain positive friendly working relationships with all customers, meeting delivery window time frames and dependable and reliable expectations.

Work side by side with another driver.
Ensure the safe transport of waste to disposal sites within legal limits when trucks reach full capacity.
Navigate through various locations like busy streets, driveways, alleys, and parking lots while driving the vehicles.
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections on assigned trucks and document checks using the standard DVIR.

Pay & Training Currently offering a 30-day, OTR training program that will prepare you to become a safe, professional driver.
During this time, you'll travel across the country with one of our experienced trainers, gaining valuable OTR experience. You will stay out for 30 days straight during training. It's like basic training in the military. The goal is to build your confidence behind the wheel and turn you into an excellent safe Class A driver.
Pay during training: $650 weekly salary
Once completed you will take 2-5 days off to recharge before being assigned your own company truck.
After you're in your own truck, you can expect to earn $1,200-$1,600 ++ per week on average, depending on the routes you choose. We have OTR, regional, and-in some major cities-local positions. Don't count on local positions when you first start.
OTR will get you home every 10-14 days, Regional runs will get you home weekly and possibly during the week if you're driving close to home.
After completing training, you'll be promoted to experienced driver status, opening the door to higher-paying dedicated, regional, and OTR runs.

SHIFT WORK
The Robot Driver is responsible for the following:
The most important duty of the robot driver is to make the unloading and loading of the robot scales priority. When a container is full it must be replaced with an empty container. (IMMEDIETLY)
The full container must be set to the side to be labeled.
After labeling the full container will be taken to the designated Bin location by the forklift driver.
Must lay out multiple containers type for orders.
Bring in box materials for the box prep personnel. (example) Ladders, Pallets, Box parts.
Education, Experience & Licensing Requirements:
Previous warehouse experience.
Forklift or heavy machinery experience.
Completion of forklift driving course, a plus.
Proficiency in operating technical machinery and RF scanners.
Good organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication.
Valid driver's license.
