Documentation: Complete accurate and timely paperwork, including delivery and mileage logs, to comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Compliance: Stay current on and adhere to all DOT and FMCSA regulations applicable to local and regional transportation, including hours of service, weight limits, and vehicle maintenance requirements.

Qualifications:
License & Medical Card: Valid Class A commercial driver's license with a clean driving record and valid medical card.
Experience: 24 months of verifiable and proven Class A driving experience in the past 3-5 years as a truck driver, demonstrating a commitment to safety and reliability. No more than 3 moving violations and no more than 1 preventable accident in the past 3 years. It is a plus but not a requirement if you have some experience in the following: use of liftgates, OTR driver, hazmat and tanker endorsement.
Knowledge: Familiarity with DOT and FMCSA regulations related to local transportation. As well as hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software for ELD and TMS.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move heavy items, as well as sit for extended periods during transportation, within Hours-of-Service Regulations.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, dispatch, and customers.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing schedules, traffic conditions, weather conditions, and delivery requirements. Willing and able to maximize DOT 8-day 70-hour rule when required during the work week.

As a Coffee Route Driver for Culligan Quench, you will be an integral part of our team, working directly with our customers. This is a high impact position with base salary and commission opportunities.
Responsibilities
· Deliver coffee consumables to customers along an assigned route· Upsell coffee-related products to enhance customer value· Clean and maintain coffee equipment and accessories during each customer visit· Perform minor repairs and maintenance as needed· Provide exceptional customer service to clients within your designated territory· Maintain accurate par levels of coffee consumables at the branch, including:o Conducting regular in-branch inventory countso Coordinating with Supply Chain to replenish low stock levels· Ensure accurate inventory management at the storage shed· Pick up local supply orders from retailers such as Walmart or Sam's Club· Receive and unload vendor deliveries and organize inventory accordingly· Adhere to company driving standards and safety policies

WE NEED DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS TO SUPPORT OUR EFFORTS!
QUALIFIED DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS (DSPs):
Are independently contracted, meaning they are self-employed (1099)
Typically provide early morning delivery of newspapers and related printed materials on a designated route, according to a specific contractual agreement
Operate their assigned routes 7 days per week, 2-3 hours daily, starting around 3am
