WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As an Experienced CDL Pump Technician for us, you will need to be comfortable operating and driving a vacuum truck while providing excellent customer service. In addition to driving, you will also operate Service Titan software. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team of truck drivers!

Overview:Be home daily running vac trucks, hydro-blasting trucks, dumps, and roll-offs to customer locations. Safely clean and remove materials, then transport for treatment, recycling or disposal.

Our industrial drivers are also called upon to provide emergency response services. When there is an accident, spill, equipment failure, or natural disaster, our team members remove hazardous and regulated materials (like contaminated soil, liquids or gases) that can cause potential damage to the environment or surrounding community.
Day in the Life
Perform work under the direction of a Supervisor or Foreman involving the cleanup of hazardous & nonhazardous waste and materials Perform remediation services which include storage tank cleaning, industrial cleaning & maintenance, environmental site remediation, vacuum truck services, and demolition/dismantlement Perform daily inspection and required preventative maintenance of trucks, equipment, and vehicles; ensure readiness for use Comply with Company, DOT and HAZMAT regulations as a driver including logs, time sheets, expense reports, vehicle inspection reports, etc.Properly load/unload hazardous/non-hazardous waste; adhere to weight limits and ensure proper utilization of company equipment Perform strenuous physical labor including lifting, pulling and pushing heavy objects Maintain on-call availability to perform emergency response services including the cleanup of hazardous/non-hazardous waste spills, disaster response and recovery, and waste management

Reporting directly to the CSC or Delivery Manager, the Driver/ Tech or Propane Specialist is responsible for the safe and timely tank setup and/or+ delivery of product to our customers. The Propane Specialist III will install/repair tanks, deliver, load and unload propane into the bulk truck and end use containers while providing exceptional customer service. Propane Specialist III will also be accountable for upholding the highest standards for safety in the delivery and handling of propane and for conducting regular vehicle inspections and maintenance.

Major Activities:

* Transfer, collect, load and deliver propane, product to and from containers (bulk truck, tanks, and/or cylinders) for customers. Initiate and conduct the asset verification process. Collect customer signatures/stamps and payments for deposit if necessary. Offer customer brochures with basic price lists and a contact number. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
* Leverage technology where available to: Monitor and track the transfer of propane inventory, tank levels and container sizing; accurately record and print delivery tickets for customers for product delivered; accurately complete and submit daily driver reports where necessary.
* Maintain equipment to the highest level of safety standards, reporting any mechanical issues to the Fleet Manager/Dispatcher. Conduct and, if applicable, document pre and post vehicle inspections, site inspections and visual tank inspections.
* Collaborate with the Dispatcher frequently for routing and scheduling information. Notify the Dispatcher of any product, customer, routing, scheduling or safety issues immediately to obtain their guidance and instruction on how to resolve the issue or situation.
* Provide Propane tank installations in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all state/local codes and safety policies. Identify and correct any leaks from the tank to equipment connection. Respond to customer emergencies as needed. Complete tank inspections and repairs at customer locations. Perform tank maintenance on spare tanks in preparation of installation.

The ideal Propane Specialist will have:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of one (1) year job related (Propane) experience
* Class B CDL to perform duties and Hazmat Endorsement (but willing to hire without Hazmat, as long as it is obtained within 90 days).
* Clean drivers abstract
* Willingness to rotate "on call" status during evenings and weekends as needed
