Route Drivers have daily interaction in the field with our valued customers, thus serving as the "face of our company." The position is full-time with 40 hours per week with the possibility of overtime. We are a young growing company and experiencing tremendous growth. This position mandates the chosen individual to be punctual and on-time and be able to keep a tight schedule and meet deadlines/time constraints. This individual must be self-motivated as supervisor oversight is limited. Duties and responsibilities: Effective communication with the customer and our operations staff Ability to provide excellent service in the field Ability to think on the spot and help resolve any issues that may arise in a positive, friendly, and professional manner Ability to load and unload trucks without a forklift, lifting 50 lbs. Responsible for daily truck inspections and reporting needed repairs/service for maintenance of truck and all other equipment in a clean and professional manner. Complete daily reports and delivery paperwork as Ability to use good judgment and think independently Maintain an aptitude for being safe in your work environment Be mechanically inclined in order to make misc. repairs to rental equipment as needed This position includes labor in order to perform overall job duties as outlined Additional related and relevant duties as assigned. Hours: Monday -- Friday 5:00am -- 9:00pm as scheduled and during event season, some Saturdays and Sundays as needed.
