Qualifications Required Experience: - No experience required in a general labor role, but prefer some agriculture knowledge and/or interest in agriculture.. - At least 1 year of experience operating commercial vehicles with a Class A CDL. Required Skills and Abilities: - Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. - Proficient in operating and maintaining various types of farm equipment and machinery. - Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to both driving and general labor tasks. - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions. - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and customers. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
