Only after Hired by client, not performing as a temporary associate: As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for loading/unloading products safely to customer sites within a designated time frame. Pickup and Delivery: Deliver and pick up customer orders from residential locations following precise directions and requests from customers while maintaining communication with our processing plant ensuring all deliveries and pickups are completed accurately and on schedule.
Shuttle Operations: Run daily shuttle routes between our plant and retail stores in the afternoons.
Customer Service: Build strong customer relationships, communicate order status, and represent the company in a professional manner.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential order issues using critical thinking and clear communication with the dispatcher and manager.
Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily maintenance checks, report any vehicle issues, and ensure safe operation at all times.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Previous driving/delivery experience is a plus but not required.
