Job Summary:
As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be responsible for continuously replenishing empty bin locations with available stock. You will also be responsible to put away all inbound received product in the proper bin locations to ensure product is stocked and ready to be picked.
Key Responsibilities:
Put away all product according to inventory control guidelines
Cut the shrink wrap from pallets after they are placed in the proper bin location
Wrap pallets to ensure stability, check pallet conditions, and stack safely for transport to storage
Promptly report damage and all inventory discrepancies
Maintain cleanliness and repair of dock, and facility areas
Maintain all food safety, housekeeping, and other applicable standards
Replenish empty pick bins
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. College coursework, continuing technical education or comparable business experience is a plus
Warehouse experience preferred
Reach truck experience required
Must be able to pass operational fork truck test with 80% or better
Handle and prioritize requests from multiple sources
Basic math skills to ensure proper height and counts per pallet and identify or verify pallet ID numbers
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work at elevated heights while wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for the job (such as fall protection harnesses)
Ability to take directions using the headset selection system (such as VoCollect)

Our Warehouse Associate (Corrugate Recycler) position performs the following duties within designated work areas, as assigned at the beginning of each shift:
Utilize a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas (large trash boxes/bins) and replace them with empty gondolas within assigned areas
Transport and place full corrugate gondolas into the baler or compactors located in a designated area in the warehouse (training will be provided)
Ensure the areas around all gondolas are free of debris and trash
Dust, mop, and sweep around trash receptacle areas to keep traffic areas free of trash and debris
Must keep traffic areas (“Green Mile” walking areas) free of debris at all times to ensure safety for all
Maintain and sort in Auger/Baler/Compactor areas for tidiness
Other janitorial duties may be assigned as needed
Requirements for our Warehouse Associate / Corrugate Recycler Positions:
Ability to use a manual pallet jack to lift and move gondolas up to 75+ lbs.
Ability to lift, push, pull and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds

The tasks and responsibilities of a Route Delivery Driver include but are not limited to the following:
Drive motor vehicles and obey all laws and transportation procedures. Our typical delivery vehicle is a Transit Van. Occasionally, you may be asked to drive a 16ft box truck
Deliver Mini Melts Ice Cream to our various customer locations
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the vehicle daily
Document, service, and stock all vending machines and Grab N Go freezers at various customer locations (convenience stores, gas stations, stadiums, trampoline parks, malls, zoos, etc)
Troubleshoot and repair vending machines to ensure they are functioning and up to standard at all times
Responsible for maintaining accurate records of truck inventory & product movement to vending machines & Grab N Go freezers
Collect, secure, and transport funds removed from serviced vending machines and Grab N Go collections to the office
Preventive maintenance such as ice scraping, wiping, cleaning, & replacing of stickers or signage of vending machines & Grab N Go freezers
Responsible for the maintenance and minor repairs of all vending machines, Grab N Go freezers & equipment
Delivering, moving, and installing vending machines, Grab N Go freezers & equipment to and from location
Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem-solving, and follow-ups
Accurate and proper documentation of all logs, paperwork, and inventories as required by Management
Route provider is to be accurately utilized. Dates, times, locations, products, notes, photos and all information requested by Management
Daily start times will vary and are subject to change depending on customers' needs and Management's requests

Responsibilities
Load and unload trucks for daily routes, ensuring no scratches or damage and correct item placement.
Pull and stage furniture for the next day's deliveries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Clean, touch up, and repair furniture to ensure it is rental-ready.
Maintain and clean the warehouse, including breaking down cardboard and dumping trash.
Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy, relocating products as needed.
Participate in safety meetings, perform daily warm-ups, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Assist drivers on deliveries when needed.
Participate in special projects and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
18 years of age or older
Reliable transportation
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Previous warehousing experience preferred; priority consideration will be given to candidates with more and relevant experience
Forklift Operator certification preferred; on-the-job certification provided

Position Summary:
The Front Load Driver is responsible for safely operating a heavy-duty truck and performing assigned duties on specified routes. This position is also responsible for efficiently servicing assigned customers while complying with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations and company policies.
Your Role:
Operates vehicle by Safety Rules, OSHA (Occupational and Safe Health Act), DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements, and all local, state, and federal laws.
Driving safely and efficiently to complete assigned routes accurately and on time.
Performs pre-and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles and document checks utilizing the standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report).
Attends and participates in all scheduled training programs, briefings, and meetings as the Company requires.
Notifies the Route manager or Dispatch of any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage, as well as service interruptions, including blocked containers, closed lots, streets, alleyways, or potential safety hazards.
Identifies and reports all containers in need of repair or replacement.
Ensures the number of containers on the route reconciles to the service level listed on the service list.
Completely dumps all containers and leaves the customer's location clean and debris-free.
Completes and submits customer tickets as required when excessive yardage must be removed.
Positions and returns containers on the customer's property in a manner that ensures lids are properly replaced, enclosure doors are closed and secured, and containers do not block driveway entrances or traffic.
Follow route assignments as directed and complete end-of-day documentation and check-out process.
Performs all duties scheduled by the Route Manager or Dispatch and assists other drivers as directed to meet customer needs.
Maintains reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.
Your Skills:
1 year of previous experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or equivalent military driving within the last 7 years.
Commercial Driver's License A/B (CDL) with an air brake endorsement.
Must be 21 years of age.
Acceptable driving record.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Complete a pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check, which includes a previous employment check, criminal history, and motor vehicle record review.
