Summary: Employee's level and pay will be dependent on their level of experience, knowledge, and capabilities. The role of the Warehouse Associate/Customer Loadout Associate is to safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise from customers and provide excellent customer service while doing so. The Customer Loadout Associate will drive sales profitably by being part of the supply chain efforts in delivering what our customers want and when they want it. Customer Loadout Associates start at $17.50/Hr with $1/Hr Afternoon Premium and $2/Hr Weekend Premium added on to your base pay rate.
