Extended reach requirements to the back of a 48" long pallet may be necessary due to inaccessibility to the other three sides of the pallet, as well as the lengthwise orientation of the pallet in the rack. Carry distances may range from a few feet to several yards depending on where the forklift is positioned, and whether any obstructions exist in the aisle.
