COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE $18.00 hourly Monday - Friday (11:00AM- 11:00PM), Full-Time, Non -Exempt WHAT YOU WILL DO * Operate material handling equipment needed to perform primary role i.e; Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser (Cart), Pallet jack, Scanners, Tablets and Company WMS. * Perform and complete daily safety inspection check list for all equipment used. * Maintain productivity minimum requirements CPH, and work with a sense of urgency * Retrieve inventory from up-stock and floor locations and deliver to designated areas * Operate barcode scanner and use warehouse software * Act professionally and remain focused while working * Safely operate all warehouse equipment * Follow directions of leadership * Perform cleaning activities as required * Maintain a safe and clean warehouse * Maintain a positive attitude * Additional responsibilities as assigned by management WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * High School Diploma * Must be in good standing with the company * Ability to read and understand pick tickets and labels written in English * Ability to use electronic devices * Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers quickly and accurately * Ability to follow detailed instructions * Detail oriented * Ability to work independently without close supervision * Ability to prioritize assignments in order to meet cut off times. * Able to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to lift 50 pounds or more * Ability to learn or be trained on using power equipment: Order Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser, Pallet Jack, Electric Pallet Jack, Forklift, etc. * Willing to perform other duties as required * Able to work overtime if required PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT Must be able to wear proper safety equipment (safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest). PPE is company-provided with a $100 stipend on safety-toe shoes after 90 days of employment. PHYSICAL DEMANDS In performing the job of a Restock Driver, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs. Moderate Hand-Eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing is required for the operation of warehouse machinery. WORKING ENVIRONMENT * The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool. * The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
