Follows established GLFHC and MDPH protocols including but not limited to safe handling, storing and disposal of syringes. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge, familiarity and comfort with marginalized populations such as (active substance users, injection drug users (IDUs), people living with HIV/AIDS and/or Hepatitis C, sex workers and other high risk populations) and the Latino MSM community and understand the most effective ways to conduct outreach and bring them into services. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Vehicle must be insured. Satisfactory completion of the background check including Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
